dc.description.abstract	I understand that the Marathi Research Branch is yet able to add two^more interesting* volumes to this series from the large collection of historical records generously given as a free jg i$ by Rani Sitabai Saheba, the last distinguished lady from the Gangakhed Jagirdar family of Haibat Rao Gopal, the Akhbarnavis and diplomatic agent of Nawab Nizam Wli Khan Bahadur posted at Poona. It is very interesting to note that this Rajendra collection of Gangakhed possesses Akhbars of a period later than those included in the present volume and even touching the period of the termination of the Maratha Empire at Poona	en_US
